In this uncompromising drama, Tracy (Evan Rachel Wood), a good seventh grade student living in Los Angeles with her mother (Holly Hunter), befriends Evie (Nikki Reed), a popular bad girl classmate whose influence leads Tracy into a world of shoplifting and dressing like a slut.
